This program is designed to help female athletes develop the strength, speed, and confidence needed to succeed on the court — while building habits that carry into everyday life.

Each session is structured to improve key volleyball performance areas:

● Vertical Jump & Explosiveness – Jump higher and move with power

● Agility & Court Movement – Become quicker and more efficient on the court

● Reaction & Game Readiness – Improve decision-making and responsiveness

● Arm Strength & Power – Develop stronger, more powerful hits and serves

● Total Body Strength & Conditioning – Build a strong, balanced, and resilient athlete

We create a positive, high-energy environment where athletes feel supported and challenged. Every session focuses on proper technique, effort, and progress — helping athletes build confidence in their abilities.

● Duration: 8 Weeks

● Schedule: Monday & Thursday

● Times: 4:45 – 5:45pm (Monday) / 3:30 - 4:30pm (Thursday)

● Cost: $320 per athlete

● Capacity: Limited to 14 athletes
