Group Athletic Training (9 - 13 Years of Age)
GROUP ATHLETIC TRAINING:
Elevate Sports Performance's Group Athletic Training Program is designed for young athletes who want to build strength, improve speed, increase confidence, and develop the athletic foundation needed to succeed in sport and life. This 8-week summer training program provides professional coaching in a motivating, high-energy environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and developed alongside other motivated athletes. Whether your child plays hockey, soccer, baseball, volleyball, basketball, football, lacrosse, or any other sport, this program is designed to improve overall athletic performance.

Dates: July 7th – August 27th
Training Days: Every Tuesday & Thursday
Groups:
U11-U13 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Capacity: Limited to 16 athletes per group
Cost: $525 for the full 8-week program

At Elevate Sports Performance, we believe athletic development goes beyond simply lifting weights or running drills. Our coaching system focuses on building complete athletes by improving movement quality, strength, speed, resilience, and confidence. Every session is led by experienced performance coaches who provide structured programming and age-appropriate progressions to help athletes safely improve their performance while having fun and building lasting habits. This program is ideal for athletes looking to prepare for upcoming seasons, gain a competitive advantage, and continue developing throughout the summer.
